Using ProjPilot

By using projpilot.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

What you post

• You keep ownership of the projects, screenshots, ideas and comments you post. You give ProjPilot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote them on the site, in the newsletter and on our social channels.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit, including screenshots, names and assets.
• Do not post anything illegal, abusive, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone’s rights. Do not spam, manipulate likes or testers, or impersonate anyone.
• Ideas posted publicly can be built by anyone. Do not post an idea you want to keep to yourself.

Review and removal

Every submission is reviewed against the submission guidelines. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove content that breaks them, and we explain our decisions with a reason code.

Pilots and test builds

Test builds are provided by their creators, not by ProjPilot. Install and run them at your own risk, and only from sources you trust. Creators must describe their builds honestly and respect testers’ privacy.

Paid options

Fast Track and promotion buy review speed and placement, never approval. If we decline a paid submission, the payment is refunded in full. Promoted placements run for the period stated at purchase and are labelled “Promoted”.

Seed listings

Some projects were added by our editors from public information. The creator can claim or remove such a listing at any time through the contact page.

Disclaimers

ProjPilot is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any project, idea or test build works, is available, or is suitable for you, and we are not responsible for third-party sites we link to. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
